WhatsApp broadcasts to your whole customer base

Messages arrive even if the customer hasn’t saved your number. Greetings, debt and bonus reminders go out on their own, and for every message you see whether the customer read it.

How it works

1

Connect a number

A new one or the one already running in WhatsApp Business. A manager walks you through it.

2

Build a template

Text, an image, the customer’s name and buttons. WhatsApp reviews a template within a day.

3

Start the broadcast

Pick recipients from your base or switch on a ready-made scenario.

Scenarios that run on their own

  • Birthday greetings and debt reminders
  • A message when bonuses are added and when they are about to expire
  • An invitation back for customers who haven’t bought in a while

You see whether the message arrived

  • For every customer: delivered, read or failed
  • If a message didn’t arrive, the reason is in plain words
  • Broadcast results on one screen

Unsubscribes are handled for you

  • The “Unsubscribe” button in the message works instantly
  • Customers who unsubscribed stop getting promotions
  • A QR code at the till collects consent to your broadcasts

Templates with a name, an image and buttons

  • Customers see their own name, not “Dear customer”
  • A promo image and buttons: call, open the website, reply
  • WhatsApp reviews a template within a day, then it’s ready to send

We’ll set it up with you

A manager will show how broadcasts work, check your product category and help you connect the number.

Show me on my data

Your name instead of a number

Customers see your company name in the chat.

Debt amount in the reminder

Each customer sees their own debt, not a generic text.

The limit is visible upfront

Before you start, X2 shows how many messages you can send today.

Your WhatsApp Business number

Connect the same number: your chats with customers stay in the app.

No markup on messages

Messages are paid to WhatsApp at their rates.

Official channel

Broadcasts go through WhatsApp’s official business access.

Onceset up a scenario, and it runs on its own

Broadcasts work with any X2 plan: 24 900 ₸ per month per number, or 19 900 ₸ with annual billing. Messages are paid to WhatsApp at their rates, with no markup.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the free WhatsApp Business app?

In the app a broadcast goes to a list of up to 256 people and only reaches those who saved your number. From X2 a broadcast goes to your whole customer base, you see delivery and reads for every recipient, and unsubscribes are handled for you. This is the official WhatsApp Business API channel.

How much do messages cost?

The cost is an X2 subscription for each connected number plus messages at WhatsApp’s rates, with no markup from us. As a guide: in Kazakhstan a promotional message costs about 0.06 USD and a service message about 0.02 USD, in Uzbekistan about 0.08 and 0.01 USD. WhatsApp sets the rates, and they may change.

Which number will work?

A new number with no regular WhatsApp on it, or a number already running in WhatsApp Business. In the second case your chats with customers stay in the app, and broadcasts go out from X2. This kind of connection has a few limitations, and a manager will explain them in advance.

Which products can’t use broadcasts?

WhatsApp doesn’t allow broadcasts for some products and services: tobacco and alcohol, medicines, weapons, adult products, loans and a few others. We’ll check your category during the consultation, before you connect.

How many messages can I send per day?

WhatsApp sets the daily limit. It starts small and can grow over time. X2 shows the remaining limit before every launch, so you can size your list in advance.

Do customers need to give consent?

WhatsApp rules require consent for promotional messages. A QR code at the till helps collect it, and the “Unsubscribe” button in the message withdraws it instantly. Service messages, such as debt or bonus notices, don’t need consent to promotions.
