Can Bai make things up?
Bai takes the numbers from X2’s own calculations rather than making them up. But it is AI and can get things wrong, so it shows what matters as numbers you can easily check in the system.
Who can find out what from Bai?
Exactly what that employee sees in the system. A cashier won’t learn the profit if it isn’t open to them.
Will Bai place an order or write off stock on its own?
Only after you confirm. Bai shows what it’s about to do and does it when you tap “Yes”. Actions are available on the Expert plan.
How do I connect X2 to ChatGPT or Claude?
It takes a couple of minutes, and your manager or support will help. On Standard, ChatGPT and Claude can view your data; on Expert they can also create documents.
