1. General Provisions1.1. The User has the right to use the Website in the manner provided for by these Terms of Use. If the User does not agree with the Website Terms of Use, the Public Offer (proposal) for the provision of electronic services and/or the Consent to the collection and processing of personal data, the Company requests that the User immediately cease using the Website and leave it.
1.2. The User or its official representative confirms that the User of the Website has legal capacity and is capable of bearing responsibility for any actions performed that are in any way connected with the Website, and that all actions of the User do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and these Terms of Use.
1.3. The User has the right to register on the Website and to receive the Services provided for by the Website's functionality for registered users.
1.4. After completing and submitting the registration form, the User must confirm the email address specified during registration by following the link in the confirmation email sent to the specified email address.
1.5. After registration, the User obtains the right to place orders with the Operator for the provision of Services, as well as to enter other information and data on its relationship with the Contractor.
1.5. The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of data and not to disclose confidential information received from other Users of the Website without their express consent.
1.6. The User is prohibited from transferring its account credentials to third parties.
1.7. The User is prohibited from having more than one account.
1.8. A telephone number and/or email address may be used in only one account.
1.9. The User is prohibited from using the Website in activities that directly or indirectly violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and/or the Website Terms of Use.
1.10. The Website Administration reserves the right to block the User's account if it considers that the User is violating the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and/or these Terms of Use.
1.11. The User, acting as a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, undertakes to ensure the lawfulness of its entrepreneurial activity, including compliance with all rules and obligations when carrying out trade or providing services.
1.12. The User shall not attempt to hack, gain unauthorized access to, abuse, or engage in any activity that may interfere with the operation of the Website, including temporarily or permanently slowing down its operation, or damaging data, software, the operating system, applications, hardware components, the network connection or any other equipment or software that forms part of the Website's infrastructure and of the architecture required for its operation.
1.13. The User is prohibited from using the Website in any manner other than those provided for by these Terms of Use.
1.14. The User is prohibited from using third-party programs, information systems, websites and services to interact with the Website, except where the User interacts with the Website via the official APIs provided for integration with external information systems and services.
1.15. If the User discovers a malfunction, error or other disruption of the normal operation of the Website, the User shall immediately report it to the Website Administration by any available means.
1.16. If there is no activity by the User on the Website for 1 (one) year from the date of registration, the User's account may be deleted and the Authentication Data cancelled
1.17. When addressing representatives of the Company, the use of obscene words, swearing and offensive expressions is prohibited, regardless of the form in which and to whom they were addressed. This includes cases where letters are replaced with symbols.
